About our Product team

You will cooperate with Engineer and Designer to verify ideas and develop products in different markets. As a member of the Dcard’s Product Team, you will face lots of interesting challenges and will interact with many various roles, stakeholders, and analyze the requirements of users to create products with millions of users.

What you'll do

Our company is seeking a skilled Senior Product Manager to lead the development and optimization of our internal operations tools for cross-regional teams. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities to improve internal processes and tools, and then lead the development and implementation of those improvements. Your ultimate goal will be to ensure that all internal operation tools are helping every member from different regions work more efficiently.

  • Conduct research to understand the needs of our internal teams and identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional and cross-regional teams, including engineering, design, operations, data analyst, researcher and marketer to develop solutions that address identified pain points and improve workflow efficiency
  • Define product requirements and roadmaps, and prioritize features based on business impact and user needs
  • Collaborate with Engineer Manager closely to ensure successful product releases and timely delivery
  • Develop and implement a product launch strategy, A/B testing plans, and training for internal stakeholders
  • Analyze product metrics and user feedback to continuously improve the effectiveness of internal operations tools

    Requirements

    What We’re Looking For
    • 3+ years of experience in product management, and be familiar with various methods and tools for product management, product development, and building MVPs.
    • Be able to communicate cross-culturally: Business level Mandarin & Business level English
    • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and operations
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels in Dcard
    • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using data to inform product decisions
    • Develop the product roadmap from both the user’s point of view and business perspective.
    • Believe in Human-Centered Design. Not only care about what we do but also care more about the reasons for what we do.
    Bonus Points If You Have
    • Experienced in large scale global product management in different markets.
    • Familiar with startups fast paced working culture.
    • Experienced in social networks products.
    • Experienced in developing and launching internal tools that improve operational efficiency.

    Compensation
    • NTD 900,000 ~ 1,600,000/ year

    Our Recruiting Process

    All processes are expected to be completed within 2-4 weeks, our hiring process is subject to adjustment based on individual circumstances:

    1. 1st Interview - You’ll have a 30-minute session with one of the HR, where we would want to get to know more about your experience and background, what you’re passionate about..etc. You’ll also have an interview with the Product team members for more discussion related to your projects and understanding of different products.
    2. 2nd Interview - You’ll have interviews with our Product Director, Group Product Manager, HR Director, and our CEO, which will last for 120 minutes, where we will get to know more about your experience and discuss your expectation in our team
