工作職責｜讓運動走進每位顧客的生活
- 推廣運動與永續價值：透過全通路銷售與服務，將優質產品與永續理念帶給顧客，滿足多元需求。
- 創造沉浸式購物體驗：用心規劃商品陳列與門店氛圍，激發顧客探索與嘗試產品的熱情。
- 引領運動品類成長：負責所屬運動領域的發展，達成商業目標與業績表現，並培養夥伴的自主成長。
- 確保門店高效運作：管理日常營運，維持安全環境、充足人力及穩定庫存，確保顧客隨時能找到所需。

Here, you'll lead one of our sport categories --- Camping & Mountain Sports, Skiing & Water Sports, Fitness, Cycling, or Team Sports (Balls) --- and create unforgettable sports experiences for our customers through omnichannel solutions.

Job Responsibilities | Bringing Sports into Every Customer's Life
- Promote Sports and Sustainability -->Deliver high-quality products and sustainable values through omnichannel sales and services to meet diverse customer needs.
- Create Immersive Shopping Experiences --> Thoughtfully plan product displays and store ambiance to spark customers' curiosity and inspire them to try our products.
- Lead Sport Category Growth --> Develop your assigned sport category, achieve business targets, and nurture your teammates' autonomy and growth.
- Ensure Efficient Store Operations --> Oversee daily operations, maintain a safe environment, ensure adequate staffing, and keep inventory well-stocked.
- Lead and Develop Your Team --> Implement management processes, enhance team autonomy, and ensure compliance with labor regulations.
