**Job Responsibilities | Bringing Sports into Every Customer's Life**
1) Promote Sports and Sustainability: Deliver high-quality products and sustainability values to customers through omnichannel sales and services, meeting diverse needs.
2) Create an Immersive Shopping Experience: Thoughtfully design product displays and store ambiance to inspire customers to explore and try our products.
3) Lead Sport Category Growth: Develop your assigned sport category, achieve business goals and performance targets, and empower teammates to grow autonomously.
4) Ensure Smooth Store Operations: Oversee daily operations, maintain a safe environment, ensure adequate staffing, and keep inventory well-stocked so customers always find what they need.
