Job Description
Dent&Co 牙醫小幫手 成立於2019年，是一個Chatbot CRM + 線上即時牙醫預約平台 (Marketplace)，提供跨渠道、多語系的醫病互動管道，包括簡訊、語音、LINE、Messenger、Google地圖等等。平台擁有數十萬則真實評價，讓民眾在5,000位牙醫師中輕鬆預約。
我們正在尋找熱情且細心的兼職客服加入我們的團隊，為客戶提供高品質的支援和服務。
工作內容：
- 線上客服排班，透過LINE群組及電話語音，理解牙醫診所櫃檯的問題和需求，排除診所遇到的系統問題
- 透過Notion文件回報客戶的系統問題，提交工程師做調整
- 負責LINE和Messenger聊天機器人的內容與設定
職位要求：
- 具備內外部溝通和文件整理能力
- 熟悉LINE原生後台的運作，能夠進行簡單的聊天機器人設定
- 具備基本的SaaS軟體使用知識
加分項目：
- 曾在SaaS或Martech領域擔任過CS職位，了解聊天機器人的運作及與客戶維繫的經驗
- 熟悉LINE卡片的Json格式編排

- 排班制，全遠距工作，每月約需80~100小時
薪資：
- 時薪為250元/小時，按照實際工作時間計薪
- 需要開設勞務單並按勞基法規定保勞保

我們的目標是成為亞洲頂尖的醫病管理系統，讓醫療也能像其他產業數位化，發掘醫療在網路上的應用潛力。
目前公司在開發跨語系的國際版本系統，並在泰國曼谷擴展中，同時也計畫在2024登陸日本。
