[Responsibilities 職責內容]

1. Build and maintain strong relationship with clients and provide tailored solutions based on data-driven business intelligence.

2. Gather business requirements for business analytics in the areas of drill-down analysis, dash boarding, reporting, visualization and data mining analysis through the use of Excel, PPT, power BI etc...

3. Coach and negotiate with the company's clients and partners while communicating internally regarding client's need. Always be a step ahead and identify what improvements can be done together with the assigned accounts.

4. Develop and implement account plans to achieve critical business objectives, while forecasting and tracking key account metrics and KPIs for each client account.

5. Work out marketing promotions which forecasts based on industry's insights or require planning with the customer and feedback into the organization.

6. Present and upsell customers about regarding product releases and opportunities

2.收集業務需求,進行深入分析、儀表板設計、報表製作、可視化及數據挖掘分析,運用 Excel、PPT、Power BI 等工具支持決策。

3. 指導並協調公司客戶及合作夥伴,同時內部協調客戶需求,領先識別與客戶共同改進的機會。

4. 制定並執行客戶發展計劃,以推動關鍵業務目標的實現,並預測和追蹤每位客戶的關鍵指標(KPI)。

5.制定市場推廣計劃,基於行業洞察進行預測,或與客戶共同規劃,並將反饋傳遞至公司內部。

6.向客戶展示並推銷新產品發布及商機,提升客戶價值與合作深度。

Requirements

[Requirement 必備條件]
- Minimum 1 year client facing experience 至少1年以上客戶對接工作經驗 或服務業經驗
- Excellent fluency in both Mandarin and English TOEIC 800+精通中文及英文

[Nice to Have 加分條件]
- Experience in same industry 具同產業經驗
- International account management experience 國際客戶管理經驗

- Familiar with Korean language or Thai language 熟悉韓文或泰文
