【上班時段】晚班、大夜班、假日班 (每月排班)
一週最少要給15-20小時排班時間

(GMT+8 大夜班 00:00-04:00 or 00:00-08:00 假日班: 8:00-16:00 晚班 18:00-00:00)

    -經營維護與管理線上客戶關係,建立良好的互動關係,持續提升服務品質

    -電腦基本操作及熟悉 OFFICE。 

    -針對客戶意見需求具有隨機應變及彈性處理能力,具有統整能力彙整相關問題找出解決方案

    -協助客戶查詢後台系統相關報表數據資訊、製作相關報表及文檔

    -隨時留意遊戲官網更新及維護

    -新遊戲上線前測試、熟悉遊戲活動訊息及發布通知。 -完成主管其他交辦事項

    Work Schedule
    This role may require working in the following shifts (GMT+8): Night Shift: 12:00 AM to 4:00 AM, or 12:00 AM to 8:00 AM Weekend Shift: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
    Evening Shift: 6:00 PM to 12:00 AM

    -Maintenance and management of on-line customer relationship, continuing improve service quality.

    -Basic computer operation and good at Microsoft Office
    -Following client suggestion and solved.
    -Official website maintenance and update
    -Game issue collection and solution, testing and releasing new games. -Checking back office and preparing report.

    -Complete other tasks by supervisor.

    Requirements

    -良好中英文溝通能力 (At least TOEIC 500+ & Excellent Mandarin)
    -Proficient in both Mandarin & English (At least TOEIC 500+ & Excellent Mandarin) -電腦基本操作及熟悉 OFFICE
    -Basic computer operation and good at Microsoft Office -具有獨立思考能力完成專案及提出解決方案。
    -Capacity for cross-functional communication and solving tasks efficiency. -具備跨部門溝通能力,有效率的解決問題
    -Capacity for independent thinking.
