Job Details:
- Lead exploratory projects or pilot studies for new products, services, or business models, navigating through ambiguity to define clear objectives and deliverables. Guide projects through rigorous testing to validate their feasibility and viability.
- Utilize your expertise in data analysis and financial modeling to guide projects and make informed decisions.
- Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to harness diverse perspectives and drive innovative solutions. Leverage your communication and negotiation skills to coordinate diverse stakeholders and ensure project success.
- Present compelling business cases and pitches to C-suite executives, demonstrating the strategic impact and value of proposed projects.
- Cultivate relationships with internal and external stakeholders to unearth and pursue new innovation opportunities.
- Participate in the entire design thinking process, contributing your expertise at every stage from research and ideation to prototyping and evaluation.
Performance Goals for the First Year:
- Lead the successful execution of at least two exploratory projects or pilot studies, delivering rigorous strategic recommendations or comprehensive roadmaps for the projects.
- Foster collaboration and integration between cross-functional departments, achieving a 4 out of 5 satisfaction rating in cross-functional teamwork assessments.
- Publish at least two thought leadership articles or case studies on relevant industry topics to enhance DRIVE reputation and attract new clients.
- Establish strong communication channels with stakeholders to gather feedback and incorporate it into project development.
- Identify opportunities to optimize project management processes and methodologies, leading to increased efficiency and accuracy. Propose and implement at least one process improvement initiative by the end of the first year to streamline workflows and enhance project outcomes.
- Demonstrate adaptability in response to changing market conditions or project requirements.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Monthly salary ranging from NT$75,000 to NT$90,000.
