- Develop recruiting channels and build up talent pipelines through Yahoo Internet, 104, LinkedIn etc.; also establish different sourcing strategies based on the understanding of job competence and where the targeted talents are.
- Talent Mapping: identify key competitors and provide market insights for key talent segments.
- Provide recruiting service regarding job functions of Software Engineer/Data Engineer/FinTech related hiring.
- Engage with hiring managers to define recruitment needs, plan sourcing strategy and recruitment lead-time.
- Take in charge all non-tech position, including E-commerce, Media and other non-tech functions, work closely with BU leaders and HRBP to facilitate recruiting activities in order to fulfill BU talent needs with efficiency.
