1. Analyze and interpret user behavior and preferences to propose actionable interface and functionality optimization suggestions that enhance user engagement and satisfaction.

2. Continuously drive innovation and optimization of MarTech and AI-powered features to improve data-driven marketing effectiveness and platform functionality.

3. Collaborate closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, engineers, and marketing teams to ensure that projects meet user needs and business objectives.

4. Regularly track and analyze core KPIs, including MAU, DAU, and the average number of features used per user, to evaluate and refine optimization strategies.

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
2. 3 years of experience in data analytics, product management or related role.
3. 1 year of experience taking technical products from conception to launch.
