Firstory 是亞洲最大的 Podcast Hosting 服務，我們服務台灣、香港、印尼、日本等數千位頂尖創作者，包括金鐘肯定《唐陽雞酒屋》、《欖仁媽媽說故事》，排行榜常勝軍《從前從前》、《下一本讀什麼》，到熱門新秀《Peggy Fo Show》、《周慕姿放心說》等。
我們透過廣告、贊助、訂閱等多種形式協助創作者將收聽變現。你會直接參與 Firstory 動態廣告系統和創作者會員系統的運作與開發，協助我們將服務發展得更具規模、更有效率
工作內容
- Firstory Podcast 動態廣告系統開發。
- Firstory Podcast 創作者會員系統開發。
- 內部系統開發以及自動化。
- 效能分析以及優化，提高系統的擴充性、穩定性和安全性。
工作條件
- 混合辦公（辦公室位於民生社區）：剛入職須每週到辦公室三天，熟悉工作流程後可自由決定。
- 彈性工作安排：除了每週一固定晨會外，可自主安排上班與下班時間，無規定固定工作時長。

我們需要什麼樣的人
- 積極表達意見：每個成員都有高度機會對產品方向帶來影響。
- 主動負責、細心的工作態度及良好的溝通和團隊合作能力。
- 時間管理能力：我們沒有既定的上下班時間，因此你會需要高度的自律以管理自己的工作計劃。
- 重視軟體品質，持續改善架構與提升程式碼品質。
- 能撰寫清楚且易於了解的 API 文件。
- 熱愛學習、嘗試新事物而且不怕犯錯：我們的工作通常沒有既存的答案，你需要有辦法獨立蒐集資訊進行判斷、主動提出建議。
- 充滿熱情，想要做出世界級的產品。
必要條件
- 熟悉 React.js。
- 熟悉 Node.js / TypeScript。
- 熟悉 MySQL / Postgres 或其他 RDBMS 資料庫。
- 熟悉 Git。
加分條件
- 良好的 Linux 基礎。
- 熟悉 CI / CD 流程。
- Redis / Elasticsearch 使用經驗。
- 使用 Message Queue (SQS / RabbitMQ / Kafka) 開發經驗。
- k8s 相關使用經驗。
- AWS / GCP 相關使用經驗。
- 喜歡 ThePrimeagen。
Interview process
- 審核履歷：如果未通過，將不另行通知。
