一、營運部在做什麼?
foodpanda營運部門負責監控管理全台外送團隊的營運狀況,同時協調整合各部門資源以利公司營運順暢。
(1)Develop strategic direction based on research and analysis to provide actionable insights.
(2)Monitor platform performance and generate recommendations across all functions.
(3)Integrate and manage databases from various sources, including central, regional, and local teams.
(4)Coordinate and fulfill data requests within the organization.
(5)Collaborate with cross-functional departments to implement aligned strategies.
(1)Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or another quantitative field or 2+ years of work experience in data analytics, or data science.
(2)Excellent SQL and Excel skills are a must. Strong analytical, highly organized, and problem-solving skills.
(3)Fluent English both written and spoken.
(4)Strong communication skills and ability to present complex ideas to diverse audiences.
*Experience with Tableau, Data Studio, and Python or R is a plus.*
