Lead of marketing campaigns, will be responsible for food and fintech verticals with leadership of a team. In this position you need a comprehensive marketing skill set to analyze, develop and implement marketing strategies. You will closely co-work with the commercial team and be responsible for campaign design, budget control, resource allocation, and review campaign results on a monthly basis. You will also connect with 3 parties/partners on cross functional fintech projects. This role requires a mature leader who can inspire the team and drive business to grow.
Job Responsibilities
Food vertical strategy planning, execution and analysis and keep optimizing monthly by month based on analysis results.
Communicate with cross functional teams to move the project forward smoothly, including local team, regional team and 3rd party partners/agencies.
Lead the team to thrive. Inspire and mentor team members to grow.
Analyze campaign results and refine strategy in the following month.
Minimum 6-8 years of marketing experiences in top-tiered E-commerce / FMCG / tech companies.
Superior analytical, planning and organization skills.
Good sense on numbers and P&L is a must.
Experienced in managing multiple stakeholders and cross-team communication.
