Guest Service Agent Trainee

Department: Front Office

• Support handling the guest Check-in/Check-out process.
• Assist in response and handling all guest calls, requests, questions or concerns; Follow up with related operation department to good customer experience.
• Follow all company policies and procedure as well as brand standard such as personal appearance are neat and clean; Maintain confidentiality of customer and Hotel information.
• Responsible for protecting the hotel's common assets.
• Perform other reasonable job duties as assigned by Manager/Supervisor.
