【Objectives of this role】

As a FunNow User Operation Assistant Manager / Manager, your primary objective will be to enhance the user experience, increase user engagement, and drive user retention. You will play a crucial role in managing user operations, ensuring seamless communication with our user base, and optimizing user-related processes for FunNow users.

【Responsibilities】

• Planning and Implementing strategies to increase user retention through various channels, including app notifications, emails, and in-app messages.
• Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Business Development teams to execute user-centric campaigns, including copywriting for campaign materials.
• Utilize data analytics tools to track user behavior, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for improving user experience.
• Continuously optimize user journeys to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
• Execute user communication plans to inform users about new features, updates, and promotions.

【Requirements】

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in User Operations or CRM-related roles.
• Fluent in both English and Mandarin for effective writing and communication.
• Creativity and strong ability to persuasive copywriting skills.
• Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and a data-driven mindset.

• A team player with leadership skills.
