Position Description

As a Data Scientist of the Data Team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing recommendation systems, seeking opportunities, and proposing projects that utilize Data Modeling to solve business problems. You are expected to have good communication skills, business thinking, and collaboration ability. Meanwhile, we will offer you opportunities and support to improve yourself. Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement recommendation systems using machine learning or deep learning techniques.
• Collect, clean, and preprocess large datasets to extract meaningful insights.
• Build end-to-end machine learning pipelines from data collection to model deployment.
• Develop and evaluate machine learning models using appropriate evaluation metrics.
• Present findings and insights to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, software engineers, and data analysts to deliver high-quality products.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in machine learning and data science to identify opportunities for improvement.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or equivalent work experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in developing and implementing recommendation systems using deep learning techniques.
• Proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
• Familiarity with MySQL, PostgreSQL so as to query data smoothly and independently.
• Familiarity with Linux operating system and basic shell scripting.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to discuss complex ideas with both technical and non-technical stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Great experience in evaluating, benchmarking, improving the performance of ML or DL models is a plus.
