THE POSITION: Product Designer

【WHAT YOU’LL DO】:
◾Conduct comprehensive user research and analysis to develop deep understanding of and empathy with user needs, translating these into intuitive and delightful product experiences for our users
◾Lead the ideation, design, and iteration process for product features, collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring your vision to life
◾Build interactive prototypes and conduct user research to validate ideas, gathering critical feedback to validate ideas and drive continuous improvement.
◾Ensure a cohesive and user-friendly design language across all product interactions and platforms , ensuring consistency and a seamless user experience.
◾Work closely with stakeholders to understand business objectives and user needs, effectively balancing both to deliver impactful design solutions that align with strategic goals.

【WHAT YOU’LL NEED】:
◾Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
2+ years of experience as a product designer or related role
◾Solid understanding of user-centered design principles (UCD) and design thinking methodologies
◾Strong proficiency in design tools and software (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe Suite)
◾Experience with design prototyping and user research techniques is not a requirement but will be an added advantage
◾Collaboration and communication skills to effectively work with engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders
◾Analytical mindset, able to translate data insights into actionable design decisions
◾Ability to prioritize, manage multiple tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
◾Passion for learning and staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
◾Good English communication skills
