Job Description
• 針對不同應用需求設計、實施並微調大型語言模型，以提高模型在特定任務上的效能。
• 開發與測試Prompt設計策略，確保模型的輸出結果符合需求。
• 分析模型性能，並進行Prompt優化與模型參數調整，以滿足不同的應用需求。
• 與跨部門團隊合作，了解並定義模型應用場景，提供相關技術支持。
• 持續關注AI技術前沿，並對模型進行更新與優化。
Requirements
擁有計算機科學、人工智慧或相關領域的學士或碩士學位，或具備同等的工作經驗。
• 熟悉大型語言模型的基礎知識，並擁有LLM微調經驗。
• 熟悉Prompt Engineering技術，能夠設計有效的Prompt以提高模型效能。
• 具備Python、TensorFlow或PyTorch等工具的熟練操作能力。
• 優秀的問題解決能力與邏輯思維，並具有數據分析能力。
• 對AI技術趨勢保持熱情與關注，具備快速學習與適應能力。
