We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping Giloo’s product roadmap. In this role, you will lead the creation of products that deliver real value to creators and audiences, reigniting engagement across the ecosystem and breathing new life into the stories that matter. As we position ourselves at the forefront of entertainment tech innovation, you will be an essential part of our journey to reimagine the future of this industry.

What You’ll Do

Giloo’s product roadmap spans the full lifecycle of film and TV projects—from early development and production to release and distribution. We are building tools and spaces where filmmakers and producers can launch new projects, fundraise, engage with fans, own their data, and gain global access to audiences eager for fresh stories.

As a Product Manager at Giloo, you will:

• Lead Product Development: Define product vision, strategy, and success metrics while managing sprints, resource allocation, delivery timelines, and performance tracking.
• Drive Innovation: Explore how blockchain, AI, and emerging technologies can create tangible value for creators and audiences.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with creator development, business, and marketing teams to craft Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies and support seamless product launches.
• Own the Product Roadmap: Align product strategy with business objectives, ensuring smooth user onboarding and driving product-led growth.

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of product development experience, preferably in tech startup environments, with at least 2 years focused on creator tools, marketplaces, streaming, or related fields.
• Systems Thinker with Strong Communication Skills: Able to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels and communicate clearly and decisively through actionable documentation.
• Agile Development Expertise: Demonstrated experience in 0-to-1 product development, validation, and GTM strategies for consumer-facing apps or tooling models.
• Proactive Problem Solver: Passionate about new technologies and digital products, with firsthand experience as an active user. Quick to learn the entertainment industry’s dynamics and imaginative in integrating new products into existing workflows or disrupting the status quo.

• Hands-on experience in Blockchain or AI product management.
