We’re looking for passionate, motivated talents to join our Business Development team.
In this role, you’ll work with cutting-edge AI technologies, gain real international business experience, and open the door to a bigger stage for your career.

Responsibilities:

1. Product & Business Development
- Understand GliaCloud’s AI video-generation products and key applications.
- Identify potential clients and recommend suitable solutions.
- Support structured business development activities.

2. Client Support & Performance Analysis
- Track advertising performance and provide clear, data-driven insights.
- Assist clients in planning optimization strategies.

3. Market & Proposal Preparation
- Research industry trends and analyze client needs.
- Prepare proposal decks and join meetings with local and overseas clients.

4. Events & Marketing Support
- Assist in planning and executing exhibitions and marketing events, both domestic and international.

5. Project Coordination
- Help manage project tasks and follow up on progress to ensure timely delivery.

工作內容：
1. 深入了解 GliaCloud 的 AI 影片生成技術與應用，開發潛在客戶，推薦合適的解決方案，並以系統化方式推動業務成長。
2. 追蹤及分析廣告成效，提供專業的客戶諮詢，協助制訂優化策略。
3. 分析產業脈動及客戶需求，準備簡報提案，與海內外客戶進行會議。
4. 支援國內外展覽、行銷活動之規劃與執行。
5. 協助專案執行與進度追蹤，確保專案如期完成。
6. 主管交辦或其他相關任務。

*此職位需要先進行英文遠端筆試，投遞前請先考慮清楚喔！

【Requirements】

1. Bachelor’s degree or above; fresh graduates are welcome. We also welcome international candidates.
2. Highly proactive, responsible, and able to work under pressure while maintaining a strong willingness to learn.
3. Fluent in Mandarin or English with solid business communication skills (TOEIC 800+ / TOEFL 90+). Please attach language certificates and your English resume.
4. Additional language skills (Japanese, Korean, Cantonese, Vietnamese, Indonesian, etc.) are a strong advantage.
5. Quick learner who can adapt to a fast-changing startup environment.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; able to turn vague ideas into clear, actionable plans.
7. Detail-oriented with good time-management and execution skills.

1. 大學以上學歷，應屆畢業生可。
2. 主動積極、具責任感與高抗壓性，樂於學習。
3. 中文或英文流利（TOEIC 800+/TOEFL 90+），可進行商務溝通，請附語言證明及英文履歷。
4. 具第二外語能力者（如日文、韓文、粵語、越南文、印尼文）尤佳。
5. 學習能力強，能靈活應對新創產業的變動與挑戰。
6. 邏輯清晰，能將模糊問題具體化並落實為可執行計畫。
7. 注重細節，具時間管理能力與任務執行力。
