HR & Payroll Operations Associate

We’re looking for an HR & Payroll Operations Associate in Taiwan to manage HR and payroll for multiple client employees within a shared-service environment. This role suits someone who works independently, pays close attention to detail, and is well-versed in local labour and payroll practices.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding, including resignations and terminations.
• Process payroll accurately and on time, in line with TW local requirements.
• Apply labour regulations correctly across day-to-day HR cases.
• Handle statutory matters including Labour Insurance, NHI, and pension contributions.
• Respond to employee and client queries and resolve issues within agreed SLAs.
• Maintain and improve SOPs to ensure stable and consistent operations.

Who We Are Looking For

• 1+ year hands-on experience in HR and payroll operations in Taiwan
• Strong working knowledge of local employment laws and statutory contributions.
• Comfortable handling payroll issues and employee queries directly.
• Able to work confidently in both English and Chinese.
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Experience supporting multiple employees or clients in a shared-service or outsourcing environment is a plus.
