Job Description

Responsibilities 

• Review global and local 3rd-party apps and games focusing on app design, usability, and functionality, as well as compliance with platform best practices and store policies.
• Evaluate app design and user experience across different device form-factors, such as phones, tablets, wearables, VR, TV and auto.
• Provide in-depth quality feedback and consultation to 3rd party developers.
• Identify, reproduce, classify, and file internal bugs with engineering rigor.
• Anticipate, build and document new test cases and responses as platform capabilities evolve.
• Provide on-going input in process and scalability improvement.

    1.協助全球應用程式開發商解決控制台操作疑難,穩定維持客戶滿意度。

    2.諮詢各國跨功能團隊(政策,工程,與業務開發)解決緊急問題,確保客戶穩定的收益和良好的商店能見度。

    3.依據開發人員政策中心內等相關網路法規、操作規範給予客戶回饋與建議。

    4.協助全球客戶面對應用平台產品下架問題, 依據網路與當地相關法規回應與解釋其下架原因,並經由後臺設定/應用程式特性或相關知識深入調查客戶面臨問題,以專案形式協助客戶解決下架根源問題。

    5.依照上架相關法規規範,協助客戶重新擬定與調整應用程式,並向應用平台申請產品重新上架機會,提供專業知識與策略解決上架流程中阻礙問題直至完成上架或專案結束。

    Requirements

    Level-specific requirements
    • Review apps / games across multiple device form-factors based on established quality and performance criteria, policies, tools and processes.
    • Compose and communicate detailed feedback to external 3rd-party developers, and provide follow up consultation and support. Escalate policy issues as appropriate.
    • 2+ years of relevant work experience expected.

    Minimum requirements
    • BS degree or equivalent practical experience, CS or Engineering degree preferred.
    • Strong technical and business communication skills. Fluent in both written and spoken English and local language as required by location.
    • Ability to work cross-functionally on day-to-day execution, as well as provide insights to improve business processes related to internal and partner support.

    Preferred background / characteristics
    • Prior experience in customer/partner support or relationship management.
    • Prior testing experience in identifying, reproducing and reporting bugs.
    • Development experience and working knowledge of one or more programming/scripting languages, such as Java, JavaScript, or Python.
    • Self-motivated, meticulous and detail-oriented.
