Back End Engineer後端工程師

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for Golang backend development, designing and implementing high-performance and highly available system architectures;
2. Develop and maintain existing Golang applications of the company, and optimize and improve them according to business needs;
3. Participate in system design and development, responsible for writing high-quality code and documentation;
4. Solve technical challenges and optimize system performance, ensuring system stability and reliability;
5. Participate in team technical sharing and exchanges, promoting team technological progress.

Job Requirements:

1. Computer-related major, bachelor's degree or above;
2. At least 3 years of Golang development experience, familiar with Golang language features and common frameworks;
3. Familiar with common data structures and algorithms, with good programming habits and code standards;
4. Proficient in common web development technologies, such as HTTP protocol, Websocket, RESTful API, etc.;
5. Familiar with common database technologies, such as Redis, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.;
6. Familiar with message queue middleware integration and calling, such as Kafka;
7. Familiar with distributed transaction frameworks and APIs;
8. Possesses good team collaboration spirit and communication skills, able to handle certain work pressure;
9. Has good learning ability and self-motivation, capable of continuously learning and mastering new technologies.
