Mission
You will support our consumer-based product - Roo(roo.cash) to help users find suitable financial products. The goal of your role is to achieve business outcomes by improving product and user acquisition costs. If you are looking to gain comprehensive experience in developing data features from the ground up, this position offers an ideal opportunity for significant professional growth.
The ideal candidate will focus on these product goals:
1. Data System & Tracking: Design and implement robust data tracking systems. Optimize Tracking QA processes to ensure the highest standards of data accuracy and quality.
2. EDM & CRM: Utilize both qualitative and quantitative analysis to identify key breakpoints in the user journey. Develop and implement notification strategies to enhance user retention and re-engagement, thereby improving remarketing outcomes.
3. Customer Data Platform Enhancement: Maintain and enhance BI systems. Collaborate with analysts to develop comprehensive reports and dashboards. Support cross-functional teams in defining problems, refining scopes, and establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) for automated tracking.
4. Recommendation Model Upgrade: Partner with the Data Team to develop and refine product recommendation models. Focus on improving personalized recommendations to increase conversion rates.
5. User Behavior Deep Dive: Integrate business insights, data mining techniques, and analytical solutions to provide strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
6. Enhancement of Experiment System: Develop better experiment capabilities for the team to run different types of A/B tests. Support the team to Convert data insights into actionable steps to drive iterative product development and improvement.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of product management in Internet products/financial services.
- Have 1-3 years of experience working with data analysts/ data scientists.
- Experience in using BI tools such as Redash, Tableau, Superset or Amplitude.
- Experience in data analysis to find insights, especially good at SQL & Google Analytics.
- Passionate about solving problems – possesses a relentless need for investigation and data exploration.
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority; be able to communicate effectively with engineers, designers.
Nice to have
- Experience in e-commerce, online media, or fintech.
- Solid understanding on data ETL process.
