Basketball coach (Part Time) 英文籃球教練

Job Responsibilities:

Head Coach

1. Conduct basketball training sessions entirely in English, teaching both fundamental and advanced skills tailored to students aged 6-12 with varying skill levels.
2. Plan and execute training programs that emphasize teamwork, sportsmanship, and the holistic development of students.
3. Guide students during team games and activities, instilling Spartans’ values of teamwork and global perspective.
4. Communicate regularly with parents, providing feedback and professional recommendations regarding students’ progress.

Assistant Coach

1. Assist the Head Coach in executing lesson plans and ensure the safety and discipline of students during sessions.
2. Support team training by encouraging student participation and helping them practice technical moves.
3. Help organize and facilitate games and events to enhance the students’ learning experience.

Qualifications:

Head Coach

1. Language Skills: Fluent in English, with the ability to teach and communicate effectively. Basic Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
2. Basketball Skills: Experience in playing or coaching basketball; familiarity with youth training techniques.
3. Personal Traits: Friendly, responsible, and innovative in teaching, with a strong alignment to Spartans’ teaching philosophy.

Assistant Coach

1. Language Skills: Basic English communication skills; able to assist with English-based lessons.
2. Basketball Skills: Solid foundational basketball skills; experience working with children is a plus.
3. Personal Traits: Patient, team-oriented, and eager to learn and contribute to the teaching process.
   
   

Compensation:

• Head Coach: Starting at 500 NTD/hour (adjustable based on experience and skills).
• Assistant Coach: Starting at 300 NTD/hour (adjustable based on experience and skills)
