【職務說明與技能條件】
技術技能
•UX 設計工具：精通標準的 UX 軟體，如Sketch、Adobe XD、Figma、InVision或Axure
•基本前端技能：熟悉HTML5、CSS3和JavaScript有助於理解設計的實現。
•用戶研究與測試經驗：能夠進行用戶研究、易用性測試、A/B測試以支持設計決策。

設計技能
•以用戶為中心的設計（UCD）：深入理解UCD原則和方法，以在各種設備上創建直觀的用戶體驗。
•Wireframe 和 Prototype：能夠將概念轉化為線框圖、原型和用戶流程，從而實現有效的用戶互動。
•設計問題解決能力：能夠識別設計問題並提出有效的解決方案，同時根據用戶反饋進行迭代。

Technical Skills
•Proficiency in UX Design Tools: Expertise in standard UX software such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, InVision, or Axure is essential
•Basic Front-End Skills: Familiarity with HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript can be beneficial for understanding the implementation of designs
•User Research and Testing: Ability to conduct user research, usability testing, A/B testing, and heuristic evaluations to inform design decisions

Design Skills
•User-Centered Design (UCD): Deep understanding of UCD principles and methodologies to create intuitive user experiences across various devices
•Wireframing and Prototyping: Ability to translate concepts into wireframes, prototypes, and user flows that lead to effective user interactions
•Design Problem Solving: Capability to identify design problems and devise elegant solutions while iterating based on user feedback

• Years of Experience: A minimum of 3 to 5 years of UX design experience is typically required, with a focus on complex digital solutions
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing previous Software work, including design processes and outcomes, is crucial. It should demonstrate problem-solving capabilities and the ability to deliver user-centered designs
• English communication skill: medium to Professional level

•Leadership: Experience in leading design projects or mentoring junior designers can set candidates apart. This includes managing conflicts and guiding teams through the design process
•Industry Awareness: Staying updated with the latest trends in UX design, accessibility standards, and emerging technologies relevant to SaaS products is important for ongoing success in the role
