Greenpeace綠色和平現正招募【Supporter Retention & Development Officer 會員關係發展主任】一位，我們很需要有熱誠的你！

綠色和平為國際性的非營利環保組織，在全球設有五十三個辦公室。作為國際性組織，我們致力以實際行動保護地球的環境和永續發展。我們的臺北辦公室現正徵才，邀請熱愛大自然、勇於行動帶來改變的你加入我們。

會員關係發展主任負責照顧綠色和平在臺灣的長期捐款會員，透過多元媒體管道與內容與捐款會員維繫信任關係，提供即時會員服務、環境資訊、線上與線下會員專屬活動，為環境倡議專案募集捐款，進而達成會員留存與再勸募目標。

主要工作內容：

• 了解捐款會員需求，透過數據分析與市場調查，以數位行銷、電話行銷、實體活動、紙本刊物等方式，制定與執行專屬會員旅程，並設計多元募款內容來增進捐款會員體驗與品質、滿意度或額外捐款機會。
• 執行各類捐款會員發展與募款企劃，與內外部合作夥伴良好協作，提升會員對於組織專案與價值的認同度，以及募款目標，並確保會員經驗感受與溝通內容品質。
• 維持日常捐款會員照顧，接聽其來電與信件之需求，提供即時的服務與行政支援，保持長期捐款者的維繫與捐款收入的穩定。
• 維持每月服務績效，生成當月表現報告，確保會員服務團隊營運品質。

要求條件

• 具備客戶關係管理、業務銷售、電話廠商管理等相關工作經驗 3 年或以上。
• 具備數據分析、市場研究經驗，熟悉CRM系統操作與分析概念尤佳。
• 具備良好的中文寫作技巧，優秀的文法與語言能力與商業英文書寫及溝通能力。
• 具備募款或業務經驗，擅長轉譯語言提升會員對環境議題的理解度與認同度。
• 熟悉區域、全球環境議題、趨勢敏感，善於結合閱聽者需求規劃行銷策略。

• 勇於突破挑戰、不斷調整、學習的上進心，並能自我激勵。
• 喜好接觸人群，善於團隊合作、能夠快速適應變化，熱愛與他人建立關係與解決問題
  
• 對環境保護、倡議有熱誠、有興趣。
• 對國際事務、非政府、非營利治理有熱誠、有興趣。
