We are looking for a passionate and high-potential talent for the Supply Chain Engineering Department. We hope you can identify potential improvement opportunities in existing operational processes and data integration to help optimize plant operations and enhance overall efficiency.

You should be able to quickly grasp operational data, extensively use data analysis tools such as Excel and Power BI, uncover the stories behind the data, and propose effective improvement plans. Within the existing operational model, you are expected to identify opportunities to reduce loss and improve efficiency, further refining workflows.

We also hope you are willing to familiarize yourself with on-site equipment and maintenance tasks, work with the production team, solve problems, and drive continuous improvement. Furthermore, a strong sensitivity to process optimization and best practices will be a valuable asset.
