FAQ
What is the screening process? How long will it take?
After applying to HENNGE, you should receive a link to the coding challenge. If passed the coding challenge and document screening, we will move on to the interview stage.
The interview process may vary depending on the position.
- For mid-career positions, there will be three to four rounds of interviews in general. During the interview process, you will have a chance to meet potential teams to join and our CEO/CTO.
- For internship positions, there will be one phone screening and one online interview after the initial screening.
HENNGE holds all the interview process online.It will take roughly one and a half months to complete the whole process if everything goes smoothly.
Does HENNGE provide a relocation package?
We provide support such as flight itineraries and visa applications to ensure a smooth onboarding process for our new hires.
