-Role Overview:
As a Customer Success Manager, you will be the face of HOMEE AI to our customers. You'll play a crucial role building strong relationships with our customers and contributing to the growth of HOMEE AI. You will be delivering value at different stages of the customer lifecycle, including onboarding, engagement, upselling and cross-selling. You'll be providing guidance and support to ensure customer satisfaction and success with our SaaS platform.
-Responsibilities:
1.Onboarding new customers and guiding them through the process to minimize time and maximize usage.
2.Addressing customer queries and issues in a timely and efficient manner.
3.Collaborating with the sales, product, and technical teams to align customer needs and feedback with product development.
4.Tracking and analyzing customer usage and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
5.Conducting regular account reviews and setting success plans with customers.
6.Advocating for customers internally, ensuring their needs are prioritized and met.
7.Monitoring and mitigating churn risks.
8.Identifying and executing upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Qualifications:
1.Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar roles in a SaaS or tech company.
2.Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
3.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
4.Familiarity with SaaS platforms and the home industry is a plus.
5.Fluent in English is a must, other foreign languages are a plus.
