We are seeking a Public Relations Manager with the following exceptional experience and skills:

     Job Responsibilities

• Build and maintain media contact lists and foster long-term relationships with media and key opinion leaders; coordinate communications, interviews, briefings, receptions, and follow-ups.
• Draft press releases, PR copy, and related materials; oversee news distribution and track media coverage and performance metrics.
• Develop news agendas, monitor social media and public sentiment, and safeguard the company’s reputation with timely responses to potential issues.
• Experience in crafting and executing PR strategies for the tech industry (SaaS/AI preferred) is a strong advantage; design impactful brand promotion plans tailored to the sector.
• Create external presentations, refine company and leadership profiles, and enhance brand storytelling for consistency and engagement.
• Plan and execute PR initiatives for key tech exhibitions in Taiwan and globally (e.g., Computex, GTC), amplifying brand visibility and market influence.
  
  Requirements
  
  
• 5+ years of experience in a PR agency or related field, with a deep understanding of media operations and PR workflows.
• Prior involvement in PR planning for pre-IPO companies is a plus; experience with startups or tech firms is highly desirable.
• Expertise in media relations and crisis management, with the ability to swiftly address challenges and propose solutions.
• Proven track record of independently organizing press conferences, seminars, or similar PR events.
• High emotional intelligence (EQ), exceptional crisis response skills, articulate communication, and strong cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Fluent in spoken English (preferred) and proficient in written English, capable of handling international communication demands.
