Job Description
PT Horus Technology is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive IT Application Support professional to join our growing team in Yogyakarta. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and supporting our software applications to ensure optimal functionality and seamless operation for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and resolve issues related to company applications.
- Assist clients with software-related inquiries and troubleshoot problems.
- Collaborate with the development team to identify and resolve application bugs or performance issues.
- Maintain and update documentation for all application support-related tasks.
- Ensure timely updates and application patches are implemented.
- Monitor system performance and ensure smooth operation of applications.
- Train end-users on application functionality and updates.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in application support, software troubleshooting, or IT support.
- Strong understanding of software applications and systems.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work with clients to resolve technical issues.
- Ability to analyze and solve complex technical problems.
- Proven ability to work independently and as a team member.
- Familiarity with SQL, database management, and software debugging is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
