　We’re creative labs, the centered design team in HTC.
　In XR design team, we focus on experiences design across variety of products and platforms. You will meet talents in different roles including UX designer, UI designers, 3D artist, User researcher.

Key Responsibilities
　• Design and implement visually compelling user interfaces across multiple platforms.
　• Create high-quality UI layouts, components, and design systems that enhance usability and brand consistency.
　• Develop interactive prototypes and motion-enhanced UI elements to improve user experience.
　• Define and document design guidelines, ensuring consistency across products.
　• Use motion design principles to create smooth transitions, animations, and micro-interactions that elevate UI design.
　• Present design concepts effectively and incorporate feedback iteratively.
　• Contribute to an evolving design culture and process throughout HTC's worldwide Creative Labs design organization.
　• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices in UI and motion design.

Required Skills and Experience

• 3+ years of experience in UI design with a strong focus on interactive systems.
• Must present a portfolio of relevant work for consideration.
• Proficient with industry standard design tools (e.g. Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator), familiarity with motion design tools like After Effects.
• Experience shipping products from concept to production creation.
• Solid understanding of visual design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition. A working knowledge of interaction design and information architecture.
• Experience implementing visual design systems across a range of platforms in an iterative software development environment.
• Experience designing motion elements such as UI transitions, animations, and micro-interactions to enhance user experience.
• Ability to create high-fidelity prototypes and animations to communicate design intent.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly.
• Excellent attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a team and to integrate director feedback quickly.
• Flexible to changes in production and able to shift focus between a range of tasks.
