專案設計師 Project Designer

■ Qualifications
- 建築/室內設計相關大學科系
- 5年以上商空/辦公空間室內設計經驗
- 勇於挑戰創新、具備設計思辨與獨立作業能力
- 良好的跨界協作與有效溝通能力 (英文能力良好尤佳)
- 熟悉施工圖繪製/具備工地經驗/法規相關檢討尤佳

- Bachelor's degree from an accredited school of design.
- Minimum 5 years experience in commercial interiors particularly in workplace interiors.
- With excellent design, specification, delivery skills, and a willingness to challenge and innovate.
- Advanced AutoCAD/Sketchup/Enscape skills, with a plus in Photoshop/Illustrator proficiency.
- Familiarity with construction drawing, Building Code, and on-site coordination.

- 3D建模與渲染圖繪製
- 施工圖/竣工圖繪製與檢討
- 重點監工與案場協作

- Propose design concept that aligns with the corporate image and value.
- Space programming and layout planning.
- Develop a consistent design by considering the overall look and feel, color tone, and material selection.
- 3D Modeling and Rendering.
- Complete construction drawing documents & As-built drawing.
- Conduct on-site coordination during the construction phase.
