• Manage and coordinate for Design /Design Build Project
• Responsibility for the designated projects
• Main contact point for designated projects
• Preparation of Bidding Proposal, Scheduling, Planning, Progressing Reports, and Closing Documents
• Review of Interior Design and Project Requirements
• Coordination between all stakeholders from Client Side & between internal teams
• Monitoring site activities to ensure alignment with project plan, budget, and design
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Presentation skills
• Proficient in English and Chinese
• Familiar with interior design process and regulation is not a must, but ideal
• Able to manage multi projects
• Self-motivated, positive, efficient , creative and with sense of style
• Street smart
