Explore potential business opportunities in Taiwan through market research to understand local industry trends, competitor activities, etc.
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned key partnership projects, proactively managing all aspects of client and partner relationships.
Collaborate with and manage cross-functional/regional project teams to deliver successful implementation and ongoing support for initiatives; Act as the bridge between the client and our internal stakeholders, effectively communicating business requirements, project milestones, and implementation challenges.
Ensure clear and effective communication by translating technical information into clear terms and consistently updating project milestones and challenges.
Anticipate client and partner challenges and work proactively to provide solutions and mitigate risks.
Regularly conduct business reviews with clients and partners, monitor performance metrics, and identify areas for improvement.
Gather and communicate client and partner feedback to internal stakeholders, driving product and service enhancements.
Maintain deep knowledge of the clients' and partners' businesses, industry trends, and the competitive landscape across the region to identify new ways of adding value.
Develop and execute strategic plans to deepen client and partner relationships and identify new opportunities to support revenue growth across the region.
Requirements
WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Bachelor’s degree or above in Business/Technology, or a related field.
8 years of experience in a client-facing/account management/customer success role, with a proven track record of managing complex, cross-regional technology partnerships.
Ability to understand and effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical clients.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional/regional teams and manage projects with various stakeholders.
