Job Description

THE ROLE

  • Explore potential business opportunities in Taiwan through market research to understand local industry trends, competitor activities, etc.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned key partnership projects, proactively managing all aspects of client and partner relationships.
  • Collaborate with and manage cross-functional/regional project teams to deliver successful implementation and ongoing support for initiatives; Act as the bridge between the client and our internal stakeholders, effectively communicating business requirements, project milestones, and implementation challenges.
  • Ensure clear and effective communication by translating technical information into clear terms and consistently updating project milestones and challenges.
  • Anticipate client and partner challenges and work proactively to provide solutions and mitigate risks.
  • Regularly conduct business reviews with clients and partners, monitor performance metrics, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Gather and communicate client and partner feedback to internal stakeholders, driving product and service enhancements.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of the clients' and partners' businesses, industry trends, and the competitive landscape across the region to identify new ways of adding value.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to deepen client and partner relationships and identify new opportunities to support revenue growth across the region.

Requirements

WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Business/Technology, or a related field.
  • 8 years of experience in a client-facing/account management/customer success role, with a proven track record of managing complex, cross-regional technology partnerships.
  • Ability to understand and effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional/regional teams and manage projects with various stakeholders.
