Our consultant team consists of seasoned professionals with over five years of experience in either headhunting or human resources. Unlike larger headhunting firms where senior consultants visit clients and leave the recruitment to novices, at InAddition Consultants, every candidate is personally handled by a senior consultant who provides end-to-end service. Moreover, each of our consultants possesses expertise in more than one field, meeting the client's needs for interdisciplinary talent.
