Job Description

You will be responsible for handling end-to-end sales and marketing activities, from identifying potential customers, conducting promotional activities, performing market research, etc.


Requirements

The Sales and Marketing Trainee will assist in various sales and marketing activities, including following up on distributor purchase orders, managing advertising and promotional applications, analyzing and executing marketing events, and designing social media content. This role provides an excellent opportunity for hands-on experience in the field of sales and marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Distributor Purchase Order Follow-Up:
    • Track and follow up on distributors' purchase orders to ensure timely processing and delivery.
    • Coordinate with the sales team and distributors to address any issues or discrepancies in orders.
  • Advertising Promotion Application:
    • Assist in the application process for advertising and promotional activities.
    • Ensure all required documentation is complete and submitted on time.
    • Monitor the progress of applications and provide updates to the team.
  • Marketing / Trade Marketing Event Analysis and Execution:
    • Assist in planning, organizing, and executing marketing and trade marketing events.
    • Conduct analysis on the effectiveness of events, gathering data on attendance, engagement, and sales impact.
    • Prepare reports summarizing event outcomes and provide recommendations for future improvements.
  • Indomie Facebook Content and Branding Related Artwork Design:
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for the Indomie Facebook page.
    • Design branding-related artwork, including graphics, banners, and promotional materials.
    • Ensure all content aligns with the brand’s identity and marketing objectives.
  • Social Media Monitoring:

    • Monitor social media platforms for brand competition activities and consumer complaints.
    • Analyze competitor strategies and report on trends and consumer feedback.
    • Respond to consumer complaints or inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications

  • Prior internship or work experience in sales, marketing, or related fields is a plus but not required.
  • Skills:
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Basic knowledge of graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator) is an advantage.
    • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Language:
    • Proficiency in English and Taiwanese Mandarin
