inline is a software startup focused on maximizing restaurant efficiency by managing tables and reservations. We have thousands of restaurants including leading chain brands, Michelin-starred restaurants, shopping malls, and busy brick-and-mortar restaurants. We also partner with food-tech platforms, social apps, and various media services to grow exposure and business for inline restaurant customers. Our team is launching and exploring more global opportunities in key cities, including Tokyo, Osaka, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Kuala Lumpur, Vancouver, Melbourne, Sydney, and the cities in the US.

We are looking for passionate and sales professionals to join our team and help us expand in the Taiwan market. As a part of the sales team, you will be involved in building relationships with new clients, exploring business opportunities, and tackling challenges in a fast-paced environment.

【Key Responsibilities 】:
● Identify and develop new clients, explore for new growth opportunities, and drive sales growth to close deals.
● Present products, assist clients with system implementation, and ensure successful project closure with follow-up services.
● Resolve client inquiries and issues promptly, ensuring efficient communication and support.
● Research and analyze market trends to identify opportunities and challenges, gather feedback from clients and share insights with the product and marketing teams.
● Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).

【 Preferred Experience & Personal Traits 】：
● 2+ years of experience in business development or brand expansion , experience in retail, restaurant, retail, reservation/POS systems, or SaaS industries preferred.
● Confident in approaching new clients and open to challenges.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Self-motivated, works independently, analytical thinking, time management skills and familiarity with CRM systems or office software (e.g., Google Workspace) for the management of the new proposal.
● English communication skills are a plus.

【 Preferred Qualifications 】：
● A motorcycle license or other means of transportation (preferred)
● F&B industry experience is a big plus

• 至少有二年業務開發、品牌拓展經驗，具餐飲、百貨零售、訂候位/POS系統或 SaaS 行業經驗者更佳。
• 陌生開發能力：勇於挑戰，熱衷接觸新客戶。
• 溝通談判能力：能自信表達，善於傾聽跟說服客戶達成合作。
• 高度自主我管理能力：利用數據、銷售報告管理客戶關係 ; 可獨立作業並有效管理個人時間及進度分配，以達成月度和季度。
• 優良的數據分析及簡報能力：善用 Google Workspace 工具，以利高效製作提案或依據數據提供解決方案。
• 積極的工作態度：包含主動積極、抗壓性強、以及熱愛市場資訊收集、團隊合作及分享。
• 語言優勢：具備基本英文溝通能力者加分。
