This position is based in our Taipei office.

Requirements

What you will do / Responsibilities

Program Support & Coordination

  • Assist in tracking cross-functional project progress, milestones, and key deliverables.
  • Support PMs in preparing project status updates and reports.
  • Help schedule meetings, document meeting notes, and follow up on action items.
  • Track tasks and facilitate cross-team communication to ensure smooth information flow.

Product Operations

  • Support day-to-day operations of the product and engineering teams.
  • Assist with partner onboarding, API integration support, and issue troubleshooting.
  • Track customer and partner issues to ensure timely follow-up and resolution.
  • Prepare release notes and support internal communication for product releases.
  • Help organize operational workflows and suggest process improvements.

Documentation & Knowledge Management

  • Maintain project documentation, playbooks, and internal knowledge bases.
  • Organize meeting notes, project materials, and release documentation.
  • Ensure documentation is clear, searchable, and easily accessible.
  • Leverage documentation tools and AI tools to improve knowledge management efficiency.

Process & Tool Support

  • Assist in maintaining project and product management tools used by the team.
  • Support daily operations such as task tracking and data organization.
  • Identify process gaps and suggest improvements.
  • Assist in compiling operational data and basic reports.

Requirements

Required

  • At least 1 year of experience related to software products.
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Basic understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle.
  • Basic understanding of UX and product design principles.
  • Ability to communicate in English within cross-functional engineering teams.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive mindset with strong follow-up and execution abilities.
  • Ability to manage priorities effectively in a multi-tasking environment.

Preferred

  • Experience working in Agile environments.
  • Basic understanding of REST APIs, Webhooks, and system integrations.
  • Familiarity with modern product and project management tools such as GitHub, Slack, Asana, Notion, Canny, Mixpanel, and Intercom.
  • Ability to interpret basic product metrics and dashboards.
  • Experience using spreadsheets or BI tools for data organization.
  • Familiarity with AI productivity tools for documentation or workflow optimization.

Interview process

Interview Process

Stage 1: Online Interview (60 minutes)

An initial conversation with the hiring team to learn more about your background, experience, and problem-solving approach. Part of the interview may be conducted in English to assess your communication skills in a cross-functional working environment.

Stage 2: Take-home Assignment

You will receive a practical case related to the role. This assignment is designed to help us understand your thinking process, ability to organize information, prioritize tasks, and communicate your ideas effectively.

Stage 3: Onsite Interview (60–90 minutes)

An in-person interview at our Taipei office with senior leadership. This stage focuses on aligning expectations for the role, discussing collaboration styles, and exploring future growth opportunities. Part of the interview may also be conducted in English.
