Job Description

inline is a software startup focused on maximizing restaurant efficiency managing tables and reservations. We have thousands of restaurants including leading chain brands, Michelin-starred restaurants, shopping malls, and busy brick-and-mortar restaurants. We also partner with food-tech platforms, social apps, and various media services to grow the exposure and business for inline restaurant customers. Our team is launching and exploring more global opportunities in key cities, including Tokyo, Osaka, Hong Kong, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Vancouver, Melbourne, Sydney and the cities in the US.

We're looking for an aggressive, high-energy, and result-driven Customer Success Associate, who enjoys challenges and growth in a fast-moving environment. 

Requirements

Documentation Skills
• Execute contract filing processes with precision.
• Manage documents to ensure the accuracy of client information.
• Regularly update and maintain data/reports and other forms.

Event Support and Other Administrative Assistance

• Assist in organizing client events such as roundtables, professional workshops, and co-branded special events.
• Provide urgent logistical support (shipping, administrative tasks, etc.).

Basic Client Communication and Issue Resolution

• Provide clients with real-time explanations of basic system knowledge.
• Assist with system configurations such as bulk settings, frontend menu updates, and new account setups.
• Offer immediate assistance with client system settings and adjustments.

[Plus]

• 1-2 years of experience in the SaaS industry or in an assistant role preferred.
• Interest in the food and beverage industry is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Google Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Basic design skills, familiarity with tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
• Passion for new technologies with a strong ability to learn.
• Team player with a positive attitude, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

1. 文書處理

• 定期進行數據/報表等表單更新維護

2. 活動支援及其他行政事項協助
• 協助籌備客戶活動,如圓桌會議、專業工作坊和聯名特別活動
• 提供緊急的後勤支援(寄件、等行政工作)

3. 客戶問題基本溝通以及解決
• 能夠即時為客戶提供基本系統知識說明
• 協助系統設定如:批量設定、前台菜單更新、新帳號設定
• 即時協助客戶系統設定及調整

## 理想候選人資質

• 具備1-2年SaaS行業或助理相關工作經驗為優先
• 對餐飲業有興趣者優先
• 具備良好細心、溝通能力
• 熟練使用google Office套件,特別是Excel和PowerPoint
• 基本的設計技能,熟悉Canva或Adobe Creative Suite等工具加分。
• 對新技術有濃厚興趣,學習能力強
• 具有團隊協作精神,能在快節奏的環境中保持積極態度
