Corporate Controller

What you will do / 工作內容

• Discussing projects with vendors and other internal relatives departments.
• Improvement and organization of the Finance ops or with other teams co-working processes and projects.
• Participating in and organizing each stage of the project.
• Ensuring each project stays on schedule and adheres to the deadlines.
• Determining and overseeing consistent testing, evaluation, and troubleshooting of all products in all stages of completion.
• Tracking milestones, deliverables, and change requests.
• Develop detailed project plan & project status updates to monitor and track progress, and to maintain with agile-oriented tools.
• Proactive, close collaboration and communication with all stakeholders & project team members at all times throughout the project.
• Change Management execution according to the internal Change Management model.
• Worked with the team to present incident reports defining issues and solutions.
• Escalate major issues or showstoppers to senior management throughout the project.
• Company governance/risk management/compliance setup and improvement
• Matters assigned by the supervisor

What you should have / 工作技能

• Highly organized in documenting commitments, program plans, progress, issues, and key details
• Finance or accounting-related experience is must-have
  
• Proven experience in project management and software development
• Good working knowledge of project estimation techniques
• Excellent technical knowledge
• Good leadership, decision-making, and organization skills
• Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
• experience in excused project
  
• Excellent in English
