We have thousands of restaurants including leading chain brands, Michelin-starred restaurants, shopping malls, and busy brick-and-mortar restaurants. We also partner with food-tech platforms, social apps, and various media services to grow the exposure and business for inline restaurant customers. Our team is launching and exploring more global opportunities in key cities, including Tokyo, Osaka, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Kuala Lumpur, Vancouver, Melbourne, Sydney and the cities in the US. For people with solid professional skills and talent, who are highly motivated to expand their career and learn in a fast, flexible environment, we have several opportunities to build the business with our team and write the legend inline for the next thousand partners at a rapid pace.

The Role

inline is seeking a Restaurant Product Content Specialist with strong content creation skills and a deep understanding of product workflows. In this role, you will serve as the bridge between our product team and restaurant users by developing high-quality educational materials that help restaurants quickly adopt new features, improve operational efficiency, and enhance self-learning experiences.

You will be responsible for creating instructional resources from the ground up, including PDF manuals, video scripts and editing, as well as bilingual content optimization (English and Chinese). Your work will play a key role in delivering a consistent and valuable product education experience across inline’s global markets.

This position is ideal for someone with strong insights into the restaurant industry, the ability to simplify complex product features into clear learning materials, and hands-on multimedia content production skills.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and produce product training materials for newly launched features based on common restaurant pain points and product complexity. Formats may include PDF guides, short or long videos, and interactive e-learning content.
  • Continuously review and enhance existing training materials to ensure content structure, clarity, accuracy, and consistency are maintained to improve user learning experience.

  • Collect and incorporate internal and external feedback to optimize content quality and delivery methods, ensuring maximum learning efficiency and usability.

  • Lead the full video production process, including scripting, recording, and editing, to deliver concise, easy-to-understand video tutorials that empower restaurant users to learn independently.

  • Build and maintain a bilingual (English and Chinese) content library to support consistent product education across different markets.

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including BD, CSM, CS, PM, and Design, to gather frontline market insights, understand real customer needs, and transform them into effective educational materials that support onboarding and long-term success.

  • Track engagement metrics such as content usage, video views, and completion rates to evaluate impact and inform content strategy improvements.

Preferred Experience & Personal Traits:

  • Familiarity with content creation workflows, including experience in writing instructional documentation.
  • Strong proficiency in both written English and Chinese, with the ability to independently produce bilingual training materials.
  • Hands-on experience in video production, including scripting, recording, and editing.
  • Passion for product education and process design, with the ability to simplify complex information from the user's perspective.
  • Strong self-management skills, with the ability to switch between tasks efficiently and deliver high-quality outputs on time.
  • Understanding of restaurant operations or experience in the food tech industry is a plus.
