The Role

At Inline, the primary responsibility of the Business Operation Specialist is to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our Customer Success Management team by means of analysis and process optimization, with a focus on customer maintenance and retention.

To succeed at Inline, you must possess traits such as being highly organized, having a strategic mindset, being results-driven with a strong emphasis on quantitative outcomes, adept at analysis, and the ability to demonstrate exceptional leadership and planning skills within a rapidly evolving environment. You will collaborate closely with various departments, including Sales, Customer Success, Revenue, Finance, and more. This role is central to the long-term development of our customer success management team and restaurants organization in Taiwan.

Key Responsibilities


Strategic Alignment

  • Collaborate closely with senior management and leaders across different countries to align market strategies with quarterly and annual company objectives.
  • Gain insights into market realities to develop team targets that are both feasible.

Data Analysis and Forecasting

  • Utilize data analysis and client trend assessment to identify potential customer and sales opportunities, contributing to informed decision-making.
  • Conduct thorough research and data analysis to provide accurate revenue forecasts.

Performance Targets and Commission Planning & Calculation

  • Set clear and attainable team targets that drive growth and revenue in accordance with company objectives.
  • Design a comprehensive bonus structure that incentivizes high performance.
  • Develop performance tracking reports that enable managers to effectively monitor pipelines and provide teams with insights into their performance progress.

Process Optimization and Automation Tool Development

  • Optimize existing processes while being able to construct new workflows, defining prioritization for optimization and clearly identifying which process improvements will yield enhanced sales efficiency.
  • You will be responsible for developing and managing automated tools, ensuring the end-to-end process remains seamless and refined.

CRM Management (Salesforce)

  • Serve as the Salesforce expert, ensuring proper configuration, data accuracy, and utilization of the CRM system to support the CSM team.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with Finance, Marketing, Sales, Revenue and Product teams to ensure alignment on CSM goals and initiatives.

Preferred Experience & Personal Traits:

  • Minimum of 4~5 years relevant work experience in Sales Strategy, Sales Operations, Operation or related fields with strong exposure to sales/csm commission structures and calculations.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Salesforce, Excel (complex formulas, pivot tables), and Python for data analysis and automation.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on improving sales processes and operational efficiency.
  • Communication: Strong communication skills, able to present data-driven insights to various stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, works independently and has a sense of priority.
