Job Description

inline is a software startup focused on maximizing restaurant efficiency managing tables and reservations. We have thousands of restaurants including leading chain brands, Michelin-starred restaurants, shopping malls, and busy brick-and-mortar restaurants. We also partner with food-tech platforms, social apps, and various media services to grow the exposure and business for inline restaurant customers. We're looking for an aggressive, high-energy customer representative , who enjoys providing considerate services and empathy toward partner merchants. As a Customer Support Representative, you will work closely with sales, product team, account managers, accounting, marketing and operations to manage and optimize restaurant relationships and provide maximum value for both inline and its clients.

Requirements

【 What You Will Do 】
▮ Reply daily online conversation over partner restaurants' inquiries, service operation in structure, issue/bug identification;
▮ Track progress of reported issue/bug and execute follow ups such as notify impacted merchants or send announcement to platform users;
▮ Communicate with engineers on issue identification and discuss potential impact risk to come out priority of enhancements;
▮ Take shift as 365 days customer support;
▮ Analysis merchant inquiries with contact channels, time, question classification, frequency to locate enhancement initiatives by implementing new process for both product features and service procedures;

【 Preferred Experience & Personal Traits 】

▮ Bachelor's degree
▮ Proven experience 3 years work and above,a plus with customer service related.
▮ At least 1 year service experience in online platform is a PLUS
▮ Verbal and written communication in both English & Japanese
▮ Strong comprehension
▮ Strong Excel and data management skills
▮ With empathy and willing to serve
▮ Availability take shift on weekends and public holidays in office
