🌟Hiring: Operations Manager for Customer Service/Support- Taipei, Xinyi District (Taiwan)🌟


Requirements:
• Minimum three years of customerservice center or BPO operations management experience.
• Strong project management, communication, coordination, and cross-department collaboration skills.
• Strong team leadership, motivation, and coaching abilities to drive performance improvement.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to remain calm and decisive under pressure.
• Business-level English communication ability.

Fixed working hours: 09:30 - 18:30
Fixed days off: Saturday and Sunday
