Job Description
Responsibilities｜
- Collaborate with global VP of engineering, Senior hardware and firmware engineers, architects to deliver new generation products.
- In charge of ODMs and JDMs negotiations and collaborations.
- Collaborate with core members, PMs and suppliers to identify components for the purpose of Design for Cost including platforms, sensors, modules, and components.
- Build up SOPs to work smoothly with cross regions.
- Travel to APAC manufacturers and vendors to maintain partnerships quality.
- Manage full cycle of NPI to MP
Requirements
Requirements｜
- 10+ years’ experience in hardware and firmware integration devices product and holding Electrical and Computer engineering master’s degree.
- Solid experience either in Robotics, IP camera, or ground robots products.
- Proven record in leading a 3 + members team and build up team from scratch.
- Had experience in live in EU or US or China is a huge plus.
- Great English communication skills.
