BC - Software BU Head (New BU)

Summary

My business partner is seeking an experienced BU Head to lead brand new team, to explore next big business.

The ideal candidate will deliver a qualify result base on company goal and motivate your founding members at early stage.

As the BU Head, you will be responsible for BU growth, including business strategic planning, product development, market expansion, coaching key talent and rebuild performance systems.

Responsibilities｜

• Build up a strategic center for company business goal.
• Identify needs through a combination of user research, collecting feedback from cross-functional teams.
• Act as pioneer to build awareness and understanding.
• Own the P&L and the product strategy to grow company.

Requirements｜

• 12+ years experience in Software or logistic industry
• Experience in AIoT, AI or Data related products for at least 3 years.
• Proven record in leadership and reframe business strategy.
• Great passion and curiosity.
• Experience in APAC market product is a plus
