HH -MNC | Premium apparel - E-commerce Manager

Job Description

A MNC company who is a global leader in premium outdoor apparel and equipment, recognized for its innovative designs, exceptional quality, and commitment to sustainability, catering to adventurers and outdoor enthusiasts worldwide.


Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement strategic growth plans for Taiwan's e-commerce market in collaboration with key brand stakeholders. This includes defining roadmaps, identifying critical business drivers, setting targets, and leveraging e-commerce platforms.
  2. Lead and manage the brand’s e-commerce team to achieve sales and profitability goals effectively.
  3. Establish and monitor KPIs across various functions and brand portfolios.
  4. Design and execute comprehensive e-commerce operational strategies, covering product assortment, digital marketing, inventory management, data analytics, IT systems, customer service, and other relevant areas.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to successfully execute strategic roadmaps. Handle partner negotiations and manage external service providers.
  6. Ensure alignment with broader B2C and B2B strategies while coordinating with brand teams.
  7. Serve as a key partner to brand leaders, driving both direct and indirect e-commerce performance.

Requirements

  1. MBA, Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, E-Commerce, or a related field.
  2. At least 6 years or above of experience in digital marketing and e-commerce, with additional experience in the retail sector considered a plus.
  3. Proficiency in navigating and thriving within a matrix organizational structure.
  4. Extensive knowledge and practical expertise in e-commerce and digital marketing in the Taiwan market.
  5. Strong business and financial acumen, coupled with excellent commercial insights.
  6. Proven leadership and influencing abilities, along with advanced negotiation skills.
  7. Exceptional interpersonal, collaboration, and networking capabilities.
  8. Ability to manage ambiguity and excel in a complex organizational environment.
  9. Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
