As a US Sales Manager, you will:

✅ Collaborate closely with Agency Sales Representatives, Lighting Designers, Distributors, and Specifiers.
✅ Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, staying attuned to market needs.
✅ Navigate and leverage North America’s complex sales network with confidence.
✅ Drive profitable sales growth within your assigned region.
✅ Achieve and exceed sales targets, budgets, and quotas.
✅ Identify and cultivate new business opportunities while strengthening the brand presence.
✅ Analyze market intelligence to propose regional sales strategies.
✅ Deliver compelling product presentations, highlighting key features and benefits.
✅ Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, and technical modifications.
✅ Provide technical support by preparing quotations and creating lighting packages.
✅ Represent the company at local events, national trade shows, and industry exhibitions.
✅ Organize travel efficiently within corporate guidelines.

Requirements

Preferred Skills & Experience
✔ 5+ years of B2B or relevant sales experience
✔ Ability to travel up to 60% of the time
✔ Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
✔ Proven track record of exceeding sales goals in previous roles
✔ Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, particularly for technical products
✔ A dynamic team player with a creative, solution-oriented mindset
✔ High energy, competitive drive, and self-motivation to succeed
